- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪His office manager Norma's customer service attitude is appalling. I called to cancel an appointment and her response was " What?!! What do you mean?! Why can't you make it?! That's 3 hours we've held for you this is ridiculous!!!" In a very angry tone set. I didn't even get a chance to explain that there was a death in the family earlier that day. I told her that her attitude was unnecessary and I proceeded to ask what her managers name was and she stated "There is no manager. There is only me I am the boss!" After asking reapeatedly asking her and explaining to her that I will undoubtedly find out what her bosses name was she game it to me.
